Virtually all forms of insurance, both private and government plans set the rate for what they will reimburse and we do not have any control over those rates. Many plans also require a co-pay from you, which is typically the only charge you are expected to pay at the time of service. If you are not covered by insurance, you are still very welcome in our practice. The self-pay rates for services may vary depending on your treatment, but you can normally anticipate a range of $75.00 to $150.00 depending on the treatment you received.
