In the ever-changing world of health insurance, minimum coverage’s, increased deductibles and insurance exchanges, we often lose sight of basic primary care health services and the family medical practice.
First Care is a Naples family practice. We handle a broad spectrum of your health care needs. We are essentially your “first stop” when you have a medical issue. We will evaluate you and provide treatment solutions. If you have an issue that requires the attention of a specialist and cannot be handled routinely at our family practice, we will refer you to a specialist in our Network of Care ™ and follow up with that specialist to be certain your issue is being addressed.
Yes, we’re a bit “old school” at our Naples Family Practice but our patients appreciate the extra follow up and attention. 
We also recognize illness doesn’t work on your schedule and has a way of occurring at the most inopportune time…perhaps while your own vacation and just visiting Naples? We do offer a solution…same day appointments are available at our Family Practice and we encourage you to call us at 239-434-6000 and we will be happy to accommodate your schedule. If you prefer, you’re welcome to just Walk-In to our Naples walk-in clinic during our clinic hours of 8AM to 5PM, M-F.
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare. And, if you are a self-pay patient, you’ll find our fees to be reasonable for both office visits and any testing or procedures you may require.
We are conveniently located in the Berkshire Commons Shopping Center at the intersection of Santa Barbara (Logan Blvd) and Radio Road. Our hours are 8AM to 5PM, M-F but we don’t close the doors until all patients have been served.
